I printed the design onto quality photo paper, choosing the blank topper. I decoupaged the rose banner and tag onto the front, cutting down the baby and surroundings from the second tag.

I punched a hole in the top of the tag before I attached it and threaded silver cord through it, then tied a bow with it.

I stuck the two 'baby' tags to their backings and added them to the ends of the silver cords. I left them to hang freely, just arranging them for this photo. I matted the topper onto a square lilac base and used silver peel-offs to form a border.

To complete the card I added a faux gem to the banner. I also attached the insert inside the card. This is a sweet vintage image combined with beautiful backing, perfect for a new baby.
