I printed the envelope parts onto 160gsm paper and the box card parts onto Hunkydory adorable scorable card. This is great for scoring and lovely for box cards. It looks so cute when finished.

I scored and folded the two box parts, added my chosen panels with double sided tape, and put the box together with power tape.

The flaps just stay up in place. I folded the tabs on the three pop up sections and glued inside the box as shown. I then added a tiny on to the front flap and two orange ones to the back.

The matching envelope was made up with strong double sided tape. This is a super little box that is ideal for a sewing friend.
