I printed onto matte photo card. I removed the aperture & then attached the wheel using a small brad. I then mounted onto my card blank using 2mm foam tape taking care not to hinder the wheel. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
I added the insert panels using DST then finished with a snowflake topper & fluffy snowballs.
