Print on quality cardstock and cut out. Assemble according to included directions. I used foam pads to layer Milly and cut out a semi-circle behind the wheel to make it easier for tiny fingers to turn it.

I also added a few glitter flowers with rhinestone centers in the field and for a bow on Milly. Some yellow glitter on the candle flames were my last finishing touches. This card is an adorable card that any little diva would love to have in order to count down the days to her birthday.
