The sheet was printed onto 180grm everyday, glossy photo paper and cut out. A strip of white 160grm card was fixed to the lower part of the inside with double sided sticky tape.

A silver gel pen was used to colour in the sword areas.

Finally, two holes were punched at each side and elastic threaded through. This is one of some super designs which can be used as cards, following the score and fold instructions, and/or used as party hats which are sure to impress
