The sheet was printed onto 180grm everyday, glossy photo paper and cut out. A white band of 160grm card was fixed to the lower inside edge with double sided sticky tape. A silver gel pen was used on the firehydrant.

Finally, two holes were punched on each side and elastic threaded through. This is one of a super range of designs which can be used as cards, following the scoring and folding instructions, and/or as party hats which are sure to impress.
