What you need is a Fiskars Hand Punch 1/8 USA

or Medium in the UK

-A number 2.5mm / 12 UK crochet Hook,

Or what ever will work with the yarn you want to use.Card stock,

If you desire thicker Card stock, make a template and trace it onto the thick

paper since it will not go though your printer. Or trace it on pretty colorful paper and glue on top of card stock template.

Punch holes where indicated by the dots.
