I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I scored the base in two places and punched holes in the top, threaded narrow green ribbon through and tied a bow at the closure.

Then I threaded the tag onto the ribbon and finally tied a knot at the top to hang it by.

Then I added the most important part...the chocolate sultanas in a plastic bag behind the window! This is a lovely little treat to hang on your Christmas tree for a special little someone.
