I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I scored the base in two places and punched holes in the top to thread narrow ribbon through.

I tied a bow at the closure, added the tag onto the ribbon then tied a knot at the top to hang it by.

Finally I inserted some chocolate sultanas in a plastic bag behind the window. This is a sweet treat enclosure to hang on the tree for an important little someone!
