3D Xmas Hamish Scottie Dog Snow Globe Shaped Tree DecorationCompleted by Helen Jennings

I decided to use the snow globe as a topper. I printed onto super smooth paper and cut out the elements. I built up the layers using foam pads. i then added highlights of glitter to the snow flakes and hat.

I cut a section off of the front of a blue pearlised A6 card and replaced it with a acetate front.

I used my completed topper as a template to cut an outline from card. Using ds tape, I stuck the topper to the front of the card and the card outline to the back to cover the tape.

I ran the piece I had cut from the front of the card through my cuttlebug with a snowflake plate and then sanded the card.

I then stuck this to the inside of the card with ds tape. I finished by adding a length of silver ribbon around the spine of the card and sticking a silver bow to the bottom of the snowglobe.
