3D Red and Gold Heart Embellishment and Card Front
This is a 6" square card front, in gorgeous red and gold, and also features the elements to make a 3D heart embellishment.
The elements all fold in half and are glued together.
When opened out flat, you have a gorgeous embellishment, (much like the old fashioned Christmas decorations I used to have as a child), to place on your card.
These are really easy to make, but the result is wonderful. If you are making these to send out to friends and family, you will need a concertina type envelope, so as not to flatten your embellishment.
Check out the online tutorial to see how they are made.

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Mounted the main image on to cream textured card and then on to an 8x8 white card - edging the cream card with gold peel-offs. I then stuck the hearts together with glue gel and fixed to the the heart on the card. To finish added a red bow and red gemstones to the corners.
A very pretty card for my valentine.
