I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and then cut the aperture. I made up the 3D ball ball by folding each one in half and attaching them together with double sided tape.

I then threaded a piece of ribbon through the top of the ball ball and attached it to the inside of the aperture.
