I printed it out on glossy photo paper then stiffened the main part with card and cur around the bell section and folded it.

I cut the rest of the bell parts and sentiment out.

I folded the bell parts and put the bell together then added it to the main card, added the sentiment and some pearls and gems for the holly berries
