 Iris folding done with plain black paper and some sparkly silver. Wrapped thread detail added to spool. Surround 'quilt' made from pieces of K&Co Berry Sweet papers, machine stitched in place. Made a large A4 card.

Made for a quilters' 60th Bithday.
Instructions printed backwards (so that the finished machine faced to the left) Iris folding done with plain black paper and some sparkly silver. Wrapped thread detail added to spool. Surround 'quilt' made from pieces of K&Co Berry Sweet papers, machine stitched in place. Made a large A4 card.

This was a fun one to make, I used black, silver and purple paper for the iris folding, a piece of purple thread to embellish and a piece of patterned paper.
I diecut the edges. I layered the finished piece onto purple, then adhered it to my calendar page
