I cut the shape out of 'Under the sea' backing paper (cup 512357_730) then made up the design using multi coloured strips.

I finished the card by printing my greeting on more of these strips and adding them at the top of the design.

In Australia a 'sea change' is when you retire and move from a bustling city life to a sleepy seaside town.
