This is the perfect card to send to your loved one to tell them they are in your heart or to someone who needs a little hug for whatever reason.

I would suggest making the back heart first so that the more numerous strips for the front heart don't show. I used a pearlised, textured card for my base. I used 2 coloured quilling strips for the back heart and arm and pearl quilling strips for the front heart. I finished by adding wiggly eyes.

This card was made for someone who needed a hug so I gave my front heart no expression. If you are giving it as an "I love you" card I would add a smile and other decorations you felt appropriate.
