I used pale blue card to represent sky. I then used irridescent paper for the fairy wings and dress, and pale pink for the body and pale yellow for the hair.

I wasn't happy with my first background, so I cut all around the fairy after iris folding and placed it directly on the card, which I thought gave a nice 3d effect.

I then sprayed it all with glitter spray. I then added small butterflies, which were punched out, and to finish, leaves and glittery flowers.
