used A3 white card fold then place A4 lime green mirror card trim with shaped scissors place card with d/sided tape put to the side, printed sheet on photo paper I resizes my fan cut out, used A4 pieces of card place pattern on a little bit of masking tape to keep it in place draw round take pattern of then cut out middle of inside card so you have shape of fan, then place pattern on board with a bit of masking tape then place white card over the top of pattern so you can see the pattern place tape in corners so it olds down, then cut your strips then fold papers what colours you like then your ready to start follow pattern, when you have done trim white card of, place tassel on with tape and green pearls, place on your card with d/sided tape, butterfly and sentiment
