I love Art Deco and this design is a wonderful example that is very quick and easy to make. I cut the design from textured card and filled it with holographic quilling strips. I outlined the finished design with gold gel pen and edged the white card with gold ink. I then flat stuck my completed design to my base card.

A beautiful design for so many occasions.
