I cut the template from white cardstock. I then used a shimmery gold paper to do the tassel and black paper strips to the the main part of the cap.

I added a blue cardstock bored and then mounted the design onto a 7x7 inch white prefolded card.

I added a scroll and lettering cut from vinyl on my Cricut machine. This was an easy iris fold to complete and made a really unique card to give to a graduate.
