I printed this page and “cup77252_601 - Ballet Bear Sheet 2 Reverse IF - 4 Images” from the same designer and cut all five bears and the template out.

I followed the tutorial to cut and fold the sheets as appropriate, and then stuck the layers on top of each other using tape.

I then mounted this onto some glitter card and some pink paper onto an A5 card blank. I added the greeting at the bottom. This is an amazing effect, and so unusual.
