This is a very unique pattern. The folds are very easy, all you have to do is just add some peel-offs and cut out the Paper Piecing parts ( which again are very simple).

I printed this sheet twice, on card. From the first print, I cut out the paper piecing elements, which I traced onto black sparkling paper. I cut a piece of black card to 14.5cm x 14.5cm, and cut a circular aperture, centrally 96mm diameter.
I the taped this against the other print, and used red stardust paper to do the Iris Folding. Then I stuck the paper piecing elements on the Iris Folding, then mounted the sheet onto a card blank the same size.
I then used peel offs to decorate the card.
