Three Ties
Many variations possible with this easy to cut and quick to make pattern. Great for all your males in your family or circle of friends.

Sylvia had already given us some wonderful examples of how to use this design so I tried to find something a little different.
As soon as I saw cup616573_123 I knew that it would make a perfect background for these 3 ties.
I printed that design on matte photo paper, matted it to black card and cut out the tie shapes of the design.
I used various quilling strips to make the different ties then flat stuck the finished design to my white base card.
A gorgeous male card!
To begin with I printed out the design, but made it smaller so all three ties would fit onto my A2/C6 sized card, which is my preferred size.
I have cut out three shirt fronts, and folded little collars for my shirts. I have cut out the aperture for my ties on each shirt front and iris folded each tie.
To finish off, I added a diamente to each tie to indicate a tie pin, and added a simple printed greeting. I used a dark blue leatherlook card for the base to which I used a double sided tape to attach my three shirts when they were finished. I think it looks pretty good!!
