My second attempt at IF, I printed off & follwed the easy instructions by Sylvia on the forum, I centred the cut out on cream pearl card, I used a Martha Stewart 'round the page border punch on the card, the sentiment & the hat band, I added gems to the hat band and one for the ear-ring, I added glossy accents to the lips, finished off with two black bows & some feathers, the sentiment is in silver for my friend Janets 70th birthday.
