Downtown, Downtown ...Completed by Elena Pavlova

I cut the image from the mat and used the dark brown paper as a down layer. For this particular card I cut the hat, the hair and the scarf and just added them to the image.

Then I attached it to the matching color base card.

I also used the frame from the cup106127_96 created by Anna Babajanyan which I bought earlier.
