Easter Chick Iris Folding CardCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

I printed the sheet on copier paper and made stencils of the parts. I printed a backing paper design onto 250gsm card and cut it landscape approx 7¾" x 5¾. I coloured the wheel barrow and decorated 6 eggs.

I cut the chick from the main card front and using pink, green, blue and yellow followed the iris folding pattern.

I stuck it's eye on with wet glue, the chicks wing with a 3mm foam pad and the wheel barrow using 2mm foam pads.

I added the eggs using 1mm foam pads then using a wet glue added a text plate. There's even a matching tag for a present.
