Do not be put off by the number of strips that are needed for this design - it is beautifully constructed and very easy to make.

I cut my fish shape from my 'water' then stamped some weeds for my fish to swim through (do this BEFORE you add the fish and you have no need to mask it).

I used some paper that had a brocade finish to it for added interest and finished with a wiggly eye and some bubbles drawn with fineliner.
