This is a wonderfully different design for a cat - you can't help but smile when you see him. I cut the pattern out of gloss card that I had stippled with green alcohol ink. I then used flower patterned washi tape to make the cat.

I finished by cutting his face from matching card, adding rhinestones for his eyes and nose and fineliner for his smile and whiskers.

A wonderful card for a child, someone young at heart or anyone who needs a little cheering up.
