Seahorse Couple

I kept the seahorses almost full size so that they were the feature of the card. I die cut the pale blue shape and stuck it to my dark blue base card, then cut out the seahorses.

I used a Distress Ink marker to go over the white edges of the cut shapes so that they did not show around the finished design.

I used 6mm quilling strips to make both seahorses - make sure that you have a CUT edge on the inside of their noses (a torn edge may show some white).

I finished the seahorses with a wiggly eye each and added some punched hearts.
