OccasionI printed two copies of the sheet one onto paper & one onto card. The latter I cut out to create the template. I then chose and appropriate photograph that I had taken & placed the stencil on the back drawing round it & cutting out.
I then printed a backing paper that I already had & fastened the photo with the cut out to the pattern & created the iris folding following the pattern.
I changed one foot & the tip of the tail to be white. I then attached the completed design to a lilac satin card & attached that to a dark blue card. I added an insert to complete. A really effective and easy pattern to follow.
