Iris Folding Penguin PatternCompleted by Donna Ritchie

This pattern was fun to make - from hunting for my favourite picture of emperor penguins on the Internet (for the background) to the actual iris folding.

I printed the background, stuck it to the centre of a 3 fold card and cut out the penguin shape.

I used 6mm quilling strips for the iris folding - metallic white so that his stomach has a shine to it.

I used one part of the card to hide the back of my work and finished with a wiggly eye.
