Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. I stuck DST to both the main elements, and stuck the Front element onto an Orange rectangle of Orange Paper.

I stuck the Invitation details to the back. I used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage.

I used Green Christmas Glitter on the Green bits of the Pumpkin, I also stuck small Googly eyes onto the Girl.

This is a great idea, you could use a Magnet to stick to the Fridge, as a reminder. An interesting design.
