Surprise party invitation card front with decoupage birthday cake

A lovely brightly coloured surprise invitation card front which has a large birthday cake and balloons. I have included two extra prints of the cake and balloons to make your own decoupage if you wish. It fits a 7 x 5" card and can be resized.

You can make this as the front of a card with an insert which has the details of the party or print it as a single card with the party details on the reverse.
