Lets Party - New Year Topper
You will have so much fun with this card, its so versatile. Not only can you dress it up with further sparkles,feathers and any other embellishments, but it can be used for Invites, New Year, Notelets, any Happy Celebrations.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I cut around the face on the one of the images and added a pale blue feather from my craft box behind it.
I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the feather and the decoupage piece to the card using thin foam tape. I added the greeting also using thin foam tape.
