Silver Bling Frame Bells Insert Completed by Cards by Maggie

Although this is a design for an insert I decided to use it as a topper. I printed out on matte photo paper and then used d s tape to attach to my card. The decoupaged element is from cup525720_703.

To finish I added small adhesive pearls and a peel-off border. A really great design.
