I have designed this insert to match my square perfume sheets. Simply cut and fold and insert into your card using flat glue. This is for a 5.5inch card, if you would prefer to use this for another card, feel free.

I used this insert inside the matching Mother's Day perfume card. I cut it out leaving a small amount of white edging around it and then mounted it inside the card using double sided tape.
It finished it off nicely.
