I printed the insert on 120 gsm paper, I cut out the insert and scored and folded it, I then inserted the insert into the card using dst.

I printed onto Super Smooth paper, then trimmed off white Border. I then scored and attached to the inside of my card with double sided tape. A lovely fun insert and perfect finish to my Get Well card.
