Printed, after resizing, on plain paper. Cut out, scored and folded, then placed a strip of dst about 1/2" from the fold on one side (from near top to near bottom) and pressed that side of the insert into place.
Added a second strip of tape in the same way to the second side, then carefully folded the card. This ensures proper placement of the tape/insert. Used for card cup887285_3406.
