I printed the insert sheet onto 160gsm paper,and cut all round,leaving a narrow white margin. I also cut out the Happy birthday greeting. I added double sided tape to the spine and attached the greeting with DST to the upper panel,leaving the lower panel for a handwritten message.
I placed inside a trimmed large DL card.
