I printed the sheet ont o decoupage paper and trimmed the edges. I stuck it in to the orange card with tape giving it a really fun finish.

I printed the design onto heavy weight card paper, printed the matching background onto the backside and cut out all the elements...I scored and folded the card following the instructions and used strong DST to join the card together.I added the decoupage using thin glue pads.
