This insert matches the colouring of my red rose and butterfly designs of which there is an A4 version (cup202748_1030), a card front with decoupage (cup2027481030), and a wavy corner stacker card, too (cup202814_1020).
There is also another insert.

After opening the insert into a graphics program I inserted a column of lace from cup 57454_5 I then inserted the ribbon with two hearts from kit 263902_99 I then inserted one of my own pictures of a bride & groom.
Finishing of with a sentiment in matching colour.
