I printed onto 120gsm bright white paper and cut around the boarders I scored and folded the insert in half and then added double sided tape along each side of the crease.

I then buffered up to the inside fold of the main card cup428765_359 and attached.

This example has extra words as I made the card for a friend. You can do this buy using a stamp or importing the image to a graphics programme and adding a verse as I did.

The insert makes the final touch to the card.
