After printing the insert sheet, I mounted it with DST onto a matching brown cardstock to create the card base.

Then, I added the matching card front.

To this insert, I added the gold 'Happy Birthday' peel-off and just a few gold Liquid Pearl dots behind the peel-off and a couple of larger dots on each side of the rose bouquet at the bottom to give it a bit more elegance.

I think the brown card works really well with it.
