I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base layer onto gold matt card, i decoupaged another layer leaving off the floral bottom piece, then i cut out just the greeting panel and matted that onto the gold matt card and used foam pads to mount it to the base.

I added a blue feather and used foam tape to mount it to the DL base card i'd covered in a gold holo card then a mat of a CUP backing paper.

I used Diamond & Fruit Punch Stickles to add some sparkle.
