OccasionI have used this insert as a topper and made the card into a birthday card. You can also use the sheet as an insert if you want to.
Using a graffix programme I placed an art deco lady onto the top corner of the design and placed a Happy Birthday banner at the bottom.
I decoupaged the flowers and added jewels to the centre of each flower. I then mat and layered the whole thing onto lemon card and placed in the centre of blue card. I added blue and lemon ribbon to finish off this design.
A very versitle design which can be used inside as originally intended or as a topper as I have done.
