Printed on good quality lightweight paper, added a strip of dst about 1/2" from the fold, stuck this in place on one side of the card, added a second piece of tape on the other side, then carefully folded the card back up to stick the second side perfectly in place.

This pretty insert matches cup617075_2166 and finishes it perfectly.
