I used this pretty insert and a piece of card stock and a little easy peel off tape to make what I am calling my lantern cards. Takes a minute to make them and they stand out beautifully when made like this. I simply take a piece of card stock and cut it if needed to match the height only of the insert. Then I fold the card stock in half like normal, then I place the insert over the inside of the card stock and pull the edge over to the back of the card stock about 1/4 to 1/2? and using removable tape I attach it.

Then I do the same for the other side. I open and close the card and let the insert balloon away from the card stock. Place this lantern card so it sits under a light and it will be illuminated beautifully and show off like a lantern. You can add a greeting before you put it together and it will show nicely.
