I printed the sheet on bright, white, copy paper and then cut it about a 1/4" smaller, on all sides, than the inside of the matching card.

I then punched down the side edges with a border punch and used double sided tape to adhere it to the card.

This is a simple yet beautiful insert with plenty of room to write your message.
