Printed on matte photo paper. I rough cut the insert and attached it to a coordinating stash paper with a glue stick, wrong sides together, let it dry, then cut it out, scored, folded and burnished it, forming a card.
I then cut out the card front, cup426594_1812, and glued it to the front panel. I added one of the smaller card sheet sentiments to the insert, then added the rose decoupage layers to both the card front and the lower corners of the insert.
Made a VERY special card!
