Such a cute insert to amuse many age groups. I am able to imagine the smiles my family and friends will wear,on opening this Christmas card to read the Christmas message I have sent..
I have made this to match the "Cute kitty in Wreath Decoupage CUP 797678_4063 I had made earlier this year. I had trimmed it with a dark green satin ribbon and the greens and reds match perfectly. I Used a backing sheet, of poinsettias, I printed onto copy paper, and cut to fit the inside of the card.
I printed the insert sheet supplied, at, 20cm x 14cm onto a full A4 sheet and cut it down to 24 cm x 14cm. I used the same green satin ribbon 0.5cm wide to wrap around the top and lower edges of the insert. This reflects the outer appearance of the card I have made, and also to add another appearance of an extra frame. I used double sided tape to anchor them together and double sided tape in the centre fold to hold them in place in the card.
I am very pleased to see this insert sits so well, in this card, which has an easel style opening.
Thank you for the design
